Our client is a regional airline operating scheduled passenger services in Latin America and the Caribbean. The airline manages a dynamic route network where commercial performance, punctuality and efficient capacity utilization are essential.

The job
As Revenue Analyst you will be part of the commercial team and contribute directly to optimizing revenue and flight occupancy across the network. By analyzing booking patterns, demand developments and market behavior, you help ensure that seats are offered at the right price and at the right moment.You will monitor bookings, load factors and revenue performance per flight and per route, and adjust fares and seat availability in line with demand. You forecast passenger demand using historical and forward booking data, identify trends and seasonality, and evaluate the commercial performance of routes. You prepare performance reports and dashboards, advise on pricing strategies and promotions, and support management with data-driven recommendations. The role requires close cooperation with network planning, reservations, sales and operations and is based in Curaçao.

Your profile
You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Aviation Management, Data Analytics or a comparable field and you enjoy working with numbers and performance indicators. You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable using Excel for data analysis; experience with BI tools or databases is an advantage. You are able to interpret datasets, recognize trends and translate them into clear and practical recommendations.

You communicate well in English and can explain your findings to both operational and commercial colleagues. You are structured and detail-oriented, but also pragmatic and flexible in a dynamic environment where demand can change quickly. You take ownership of your work, think ahead and understand the impact pricing and inventory decisions have on both revenue and flight occupancy. Experience in aviation, tourism, logistics or another capacity-driven industry is considered a plus.
